Schaumburg, Ill. — Want to know what a new graduate earns or what you’re colleagues are making?

The American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) plans to issue two reports in the coming months designed to answer those questions.

The group’s annual report on the starting salaries of graduating seniors is scheduled to appear in the Oct. 1 issue of the Journal of the American Veterinary Medical Association.

The following month, AVMA will release results from its biennial economic survey, which has gleaned data on professional incomes and practice operations since 1984. AVMA officials hope to release the results in coordination with a webcast report.
