Dr. Rachael Carpenter is a clinical instructor in anesthesiology at the VA-MD College of Veterinary Medicine. She also works part time for the Veterinary Information Network as an anesthesiology consultant. She has worked with small animals and horses. She received her veterinary degree from University of Tennessee in 1999.
