MyVSPN is a portal where you can update your member information, access MyCE for all items related to your CE courses, change email preferences and even look up receipts for CE! The link to My VSPN is located on the VSPN Main page (http://beta.vspn.org).
NOTE: To change your name or username, you will need to contact one of the VSPN Staff via phone or email Help@vspn.org.

The link to My VSPN is located on the VSPN Main page (http://beta.vspn.org).

When you click on the MyVSPN button, it will open your MyVSPN console to the MyStuff page.

From the MyStuff page (details below) you can click on any of the tabbed menu items across the top left of your Console:
Profile | Membership | Preferences | Stuff | Help.

Clicking on the word “Profile” gives you a drop down list that looks like this:

Profile
This area is where you can change your email address, website address, phone, fax, mailing address and even update your credentials.
For example, to change your credentials you click on “Education” in the drop down menu. Type in your school name, click on the drop down menu button on the right side of the degree box to update your credential, click on the drop down menu for month and type in the year of graduation. Make sure you do NOT use abbreviations. After you enter all information, make sure to click on the UPDATE button to save those changes.
NOTE: To change your name or username, you will need to contact one of the VSPN Staff via phone or email Help@vspn.org.

Membership
Clicking on the word “Membership” gives you a drop down list that looks like this:

The membership drop down list includes functions to your password, provide credit card information if you decide to pay online for a CE course instead of paying by check, and access your payments statement.

When you click on “Statement” in the menu, you will see the above view. Click the “here” link to access the area to bring your statement up.

Enter a start and end date and click Go. You can enter a time period of one day, one month, one year or even multiple years!

Once your statement opens in a new window, you can select a button to email the statement to yourself or print it.

Preferences
Clicking on the word “Preferences” gives you a drop down list that looks like this:

In Preferences you can choose your message board preferences, add a signature for your message board posts, change your email preferences and even change your font size (this is under general). Just remember to save any changes you make to any of these areas!

Stuff
Clicking on the word “Stuff” gives you a drop down list that looks like this:

Stuff has MyStuff and Continual Education (MyCE). We updated the Stuff area in 2009 and if you previously used MyStuff, some of your old links may be stored in there still.

MyStuff
MyStuff is like a mini-storage locker just for your favorite links! Have you ever been at your work computer and wanted to access a link you stored in your favorites on your home computer? MyStuff can help solve that issue. You can store your favorite website links, VSPN document links or even message board links in MyStuff. And the best part is you can access MyStuff from any Internet linked computer using your VSPN access information!

You can create folders within MyStuff to organize your links in any manner that you choose. Once a folder is created, you can add the link.

To add a link, click on the destination folder first. Then click Add on the right side of the screen. You will then see the above picture where you can paste the URL and give the link a name.

Once the link is added, you will see it listed on the right side of the MyStuff screen. Just click on the title to access that page.

You can also add links from many VSPN documents, CE slideshows or message board threads by clicking on the Add to MyStuff.

Continual Education (My CE)
Comtinual Education (MyCE) is a one-step access area for all items related to VSPN’s continual education area. Click on Continual Education (MyCE) to open to your previous courses page. On this page you can see which courses you are currently enrolled in and your certificate status will read “PENDING” until the certificates are uploaded for that course after it has closed. You can also access your course area by clicking the green arrow under “Go” on the line of that particular course.

Clicking the gray Current Courses bar will show you which courses you are currently enrolled in. The certificate status will read “PENDING” until after the course closes and the certificate stats are uploaded. Access your course area by clicking the green arrow under “Go” on the line of that particular course.

The Previous Courses tab takes you to a list of all VSPN CE you have taken in the past. As soon as a course is closed, it will be listed under Previous Courses. This is the area where you access your certificate of participation. Under Certificate you will see a PDF symbol if you met requirements and NONE if you did not meet requirements. Click on the PDF symbol and your certificate will open in a new window. Make sure you have your pop-off blockers turned off for beta.vin.com and you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader on your computer to view your certificate. Just as the Current Courses page had the green arrow to access your course area, Previous Courses also has the green arrow where you can click to access any archived course!

Upcoming Courses is where you can see what future courses you are enrolled in.

At the bottom of your Continual Education window, you will see three buttons:
CE Portal: This takes you to the VSPN CE Main page.
Course Catalog: This takes you to the current course catalog so you can view upcoming courses and plan your schedule.
Resource Center: This takes you to the VSPN Participant Resources Center which has everything you need to know about VSPN CE and includes a computer readiness test to take prior to enrolling in a course.

Help
Clicking on the word “Help” gives you a drop down list that looks like this:

Help is where you can you can access help. “Contact us” takes you to a form which you can send an email to Help@vspn.org to help answer any questions you may have.
